To start people seeing your sites all you need to do is open the surfbar and start earning credits, your credits can then be exchanged for visitors to your sites. To open the surf bar click on the "Start Surfing" link above.
To earn credits wait until the timer says "Go" and then match the character, in this example you would click on the red "e" to earn credit and go to the next page. Note: You can click anywhere in the "e" box.
